“It all began when Fabio, our co-founder and chef, learned to work with flour, water, and yeast to make bread and pizza while we were studying abroad, helping us to save money. The Pizza Vagabond was born from the realization that, as travelers, we always found home through cooking and sharing our traditional food. We aim to offer the same experience to our guests by combining Fabio's art of pizza making with Susie's art of hosting, delivering a truly Italian experience in the heart of Amsterdam.”
