Our Story

“It all started when Fabio, co-founder and chef, learnt how to work with flour, water and yeast to make bread and pizza, so we could save money while studying abroad. The Pizza Vagabond was born with a realisation: as travellers, we have always found ‘our home’ while cooking and sharing our traditional food. We want the same for our guest and we will combine the art of Fabio of making pizza and the art of Susie of hosting guests, to deliver a truly Italian experience in the heart of Amsterdam.”
